We celebrated mother's day consecutively, one fall on Saturday and another on Sunday. As we had Chinese cuisine already, we decided to pay a visit to Western cuisine after all. We chose Movida, which located at Hatten Square Bandar Hilir, just right opposite to Mahkota Parade and Pahlawan. I was attracted by its beautiful fascia which keep on changing its color whenever I pass through. It is so easy to be seen, if you go through the main road.
Movida is an integrated kitchen with bar and club lounge concept. Surprisingly, even it is on Sunday night, the place is not very crowded. There is no non-smoking area in the restaurant, if you really can't bear with the smoke, you may opt to sit outside, but I can't even bear with hot weather, thus we chose to sit inside with cozy lighting and comfortable air-conditioned environment. Luckily, as I said the place was not really crowded, so the smoke was at acceptable level to us.
Chicken Pizza French Flambe - RM19.90
Topped with roasted chicken meat, onions, mushroom and cheese
I love their crispy and like-paper-thin pastry, so flaky!
Of course not to forget about the cheese, a little savory, but so creamy and milky like melted butter, I can't stop myself for it!
Carbonara Spaghetti - RM18.90
Beef bacon and turkey ham tossed with creamy parmesan cheese sauce
Honestly I think this is good to be shared, for me it is easily satiated, perhaps too creamy and cheesy for the sauce
But overall it is good and nothing much more to be complained
I love menu presented in picture form, good for illustration and waken my appetite

The chicken breast is a little bit overcooked and lack of taste, however still tender and juicy, but darling and aunty not so like chicken breast, so I eat until bloated!
Although the pizza looks big, but it is not enough for 3 of us! I can't resist the thin crust and creamy cheese!
While we were enjoying the food, a waiter handed us a written greeting to Aunty, wishing her Happy Mother's Day!
Hereafter, a free drink was sent up to our table for Aunty, taste very nice, not too sweet
Aunty enjoyed this drink very much!
Generally, this place is so up to our satisfaction, good food with reasonable price, and of course the friendly working crew and excellent environment! For sure we will visit again!
