Yeah, darling treat us eat fresh milk fried crab~! The crab is quite expensive as it cost RM65/kg. Yet it is so worthful as the crab is really very very big! There are many choices of crab cooking way including fresh milk, sweet and sour, egg yolk, steam with salt, black pepper, onion spring, kam-hiong and steamed. We preferably chose the egg yolk and their signature fresh milk crab. However, the tauke-soh said 2 crabs per flavor. We are only 3 persons, so we got to choose only one flavor. Since we had tried out egg yolk crab many times already, we opt for the fresh milk crab.
