Mum's Birthday @ Azuma

June is always a busy month for celebration, despite Father's day and darling's birthday, there is also a big day for mum, Yeah it was her birthday! In Chinese tradition, every birthday star ought to eat Mee-suah which signifies longevity. So, in her lunar birthday, I and daddy brought her to eat Mee-suah.

My Mee-suah paste, kinda muddy texture and I love this way of Mee-suah dish!
Oh gosh I couldn't find this in KL! Inside has quite a lot of prawn, meat & veggie, simple but nice!
Mee-suah paste is cooked with egg and flour until a muddy form is presented. It is awesome to add in a lot of vinegar to have a taste like shark fin soup

Kiddy Meal - Okosama Bento (RM13)

DSC_0258
Tempura Udon (RM18) - Their soup stock is really so tasteful and refreshing!

DSC_0259
Sakana Ara Chige Kimunchi Nabe (RM25) - Very appetizing kimchi soup, not too spicy but with pleasant seafood flavor and masses of mushrooms! Oh my favorite!

DSC_0274
Kimuchi Chahan (RM8) - Kimchi fried rice, simple irresistible! Not like the ordinary Kimchi fried rice that found even in food court, the Kimchi flavor is not that strong, but with a tad of sourish savor and nice aroma!

DSC_0279
Ninniku Chahan (RM5) - Garlic fried rice, still Kimchi fried rice is the best!

DSC_0267
Salmon Sushi Pizza (RM28) - Nothing more to complain about, salmon is fresh, match perfectly with fish roe that sprinkled on top, the rice dough is fried until so crispy outside yet still that compact inside, a must order one!

DSC_0273
Shake Tama To Mabo Nasu Set (RM19) - Egg is fried over salmon flakes, served best with their house special sauce, creamy and taste like mayonnaise. Egg is so soft until you still can eat a little bit runny portion

DSC_0269
Gindara Teriyaki Set (RM38) - Oh you can't believe how fresh and soft the cod fish is until you try it out yourself! It is with tad of fat and giving it so creamy texture! Fabulous.

Time for birthday song! Mango Tiramisu Cake (RM80, ordered on my own), specially for mum!
