We were out for Bon Odori event last Saturday night. Since we have nothing to do in the afternoon, and darling wanted so much to watch Spiderman, also we haven't hang out to Setia City Mall yet keep listening people giving good comments about this mall, we decided to go Setia City Mall for our afternoon lunch plus movie outing, then turned out to Bon Odori in the evening. Actually, there isn't near from Setia City Mall to Bon Odori place which held near Panasonic factory area, although both located in Shah Alam.
Before the Spiderman movie, we had no idea what to eat for lunch and therefore we chose The Dining Place, which just located right beside the cinema. We had a glance through the menu, price is considered cheap and food pictures just looked nice, without thinking much we stepped into the restaurant. The restaurant was not fully packed with customers at that time, but probably due to limited staff, no people serving us at first. The food serving time is average, taking about 20 minutes, in usual time this seems okay to us, but not the case for that day because we were actually rushing for movie. Thus, we actually didn't have a good first impression on this restaurant until the food finally served up.

The place is quite cozy, too bad we didn't have much time to slowly enjoy our good food

And the other side is the bakery, they do provide samples for customer, and I did try some, really taste good! Price is about RM2++ averagely.

Brown Twister with Tuna Mayo (RM4.50)
Tuna is spread generously while mayonnaise is not too much until satiated, taste good with crunchy toast
Nasi Lemak Fried Chicken (RM13.90)
Sambal is good, rice is full with coconut milk fragrant, while the fried chicken is so crispy and aromatic with lemongrass flavor, I have to admit this is a lot a lot better than those in PappaRiXh and OldToXn! I never like thigh and drumstick part of chicken due to the strong blood smell, but the chef has done a good job in handling the fried chicken until I got to lick the bone!
Fried Chicken Chop (RM13.80)
Look normal right? But actually the fried chicken is so juicy, tender and flavorful!
The mushroom sauce is a big bonus to make this chicken chop to perfection, it just tastes different and absolutely yummy!
This place has really served good food and I must give a big thumb up for it! Food is delicious, price is acceptable, one thing bad is it located too far from me! Setia City Mall, I have to travel through about 4 to 5 tolls then only reach this place!
