左口鱼调味料。板面

前天在马六甲Jusco看到有卖左口鱼粉,兴奋极了,因为常常看到有个部落客常用这左口鱼粉当调味料,弄火锅汤时加几汤匙就可以了,据她说是非常方便又美味的。我好想买好久了,但是在KL的Jusco好像都没看到,难得在马六甲看到,哪里可以不买?


包装是这样的~ 可是这样的一包调味料还真不便宜,要RM23一包哦


今天,就试试看这左口鱼调味料是怎样的一个味道吧~
煮了板面,加了一点左口鱼调味料和盐巴,紫菜、鸡蛋和预先烤脆的江鱼仔

Tada~ 我的午餐,这左口鱼调味料真的是很鲜很甜~ 虽然单单这样闻会觉得很腥,可是加入菜肴或煮成汤后真的很美味耶!以前在槟城都没吃过板面的我,到了KL读书后就爱上板面了,这样好吃的东西槟城好像很少在卖哦,有了这左口鱼调味料,以后在家自己煮的板面也可以很美味~ 尤其是搭配Cosway的Sambal 辣椒更是一流

这是松花板面,是台湾进口产品,很Q而且久煮不烂~ 汤也不会因此变得混浊~ 


真的是满足又好吃的午餐!
有网络世界真好,如果不是,我都不知道有这么好的调味料叫左口鱼粉
