清理烤箱小撇步

最近家里要添置一个较大型的烤箱,好让我可以烤烤食物、玩玩烘焙~

但是,因为烤箱的温度通常都很高,导致油渍很难清理,这样会对烘焙成果有影响! 总不能在蛋糕中吃出烤鸡味吧?

在佳礼看到有人分享了烤箱清理小撇步,赶紧收进自己的小天地,需要时方便查回~

烤箱清潔方法

烤箱是做西点最重要的工具了。

但是烤箱要经过油啊火啊考验,所以还是尽量不要买白色的烤箱才是。不过买黑色的烤箱也是要清洁呢。

清洁烤箱的确也是个让人头疼的小题目。

下面介绍一下清洁烤箱的一些方法。

一、新烤箱
刚买的烤箱,先以250度空烤10分钟,可以除去新机器里的味道。

二、烤箱清洁要细水长流:
尤其在制作烤鸡腿鸡翅、烤排骨等荤食后,烤箱内的油污味会比较重,烤箱内壁、烤网、烤盘以及底盘,如果不及时清洗,变成重度油污就十分难除。
因此每次烤制完成后,等烤箱内温度下降到50摄氏度左右(温度不烫手).就可以进行清洁工作。清洁一定要在断电并部分冷却的情况下进行。
刚刚完成工作时烤箱内的温度常高达150摄氏度,不能立刻清洁,一方面是可能烫伤,另一方面,清洁时的骤然冷却,对烤箱内部配件的保养维护有负面作用。

三、烤箱清洁巧步骤:
步骤一,(最好戴上手套)将烤箱内部可拆卸的部分部拆卸下采,如烤网、烤盘及底盘,然后用中性清洁剂洗刷。油垢特别重的地方,可以使用清除厨房重度油污的油烟净,来做重点部位的除污。
步骤二:在烤箱的门边放上张旧报纸,用干丝瓜瓤或小竹刷把烤箱内的焦屑完全刷剔出来。
步骤三:烤箱内部的加热管必须用干布轻轻擦拭,不可以用过湿的抹布擦洗,以免影响加热管的绝缘性,发生漏电短路。要注意,烤箱中除了可拆卸的部分外,内部不能用水直接冲洗。
步骤四:如果发现加热管和防护网较脏,很难用柔软的干布擦拭干净,也不要随意换用钢丝球、磨砂式清洁球等表面粗糙的清洁工具擦拭。万一有钢丝或磨砂颗粒掉入加热管内,轻则烧烤出难闻异样的焦糊味,重则造成整个电路的短路,可以尝试用清洁力较强的尼龙布擦拭。
步骤五:清洁完加热管后可以开始清洁烤箱的外壳和内胆。抹布蘸取中性清洁剂的稀释液后微微绞干,以湿擦的方式擦拭机体外壳。清洗后再蘸一次稀释液,一样微微绞干,缠包在手上伸入烤箱内部擦去油垢,最后再用清水冲洗抹干后干,抹擦两遍。

四、烤箱和烤网的特殊清洁
1、烤盘的重污垢:
烤盘常常会有烧焦的污垢,其实只要利用各种废卡就可以很快刮除。
2、快速清洁烤网
烤网上的烧焦污垢可以利用锡箔纸的摩擦力来刷除。
记得用锡箔纸来作为清洁工具时,要先搓揉过后再使用,可以借此来增加锡箔纸的摩擦力。

五、利用“可爱的清洁棒”对付手够不着的烤箱内部
在长筷子的尖端绑上抹布,用皮套把抹布固定。可以作成用来擦平面的圆头清洁棒,也可以做成用来擦边角处的尖头清洁棒。
1、蘸上洗洁精,清除油渍
把圆头清洁棒用水弄湿,蘸上洗洁精,可以用来擦拭烤箱内壁上的污渍。
2、用尖头清洁棒擦拭边角处的污渍
烤箱的四边和角落里的污渍,可以按照前面的方法,用尖头清洁棒擦干净。

六、巧妙去除烤箱的油哈味:
经常使用的烤箱会有一种“老油味”或“油哈味”,想除去这种难闻的味道,除每次烤制食物后深入清洁一次,敞门使烤箱内部自然吹干外,还可以使用以下方法却除油哈味:
第一,放一碗柠檬水或1:1的白醋水,敞开容器后用100摄氏度左右的温度干烤10分钟.味道即可去除。
第二,待烤盘冷却后将50mI温水和少量洗洁精倒入烤盘中,盖上烤盘盖子并插上插头,调时间旋钮至10分钟,热风循环可以自动清洁烤盘内的污垢。拔下插头等烤盘冷却后,再用温水冲洗烤盘。
要预防油哈味,减轻清洁烤箱的负担也很简单:给可能在烤制过程中飞进热油的荤食包上锡箔纸,不仅保证外脆内嫩,而且不会把烤箱弄得油迹斑斑。

七、烤箱电线的快速清洁
想要快速清洁烤箱的电线,只需要在手上套上尼龙手套,蘸少量的牙膏,直接用手指搓擦电线,再用抹布擦拭干净就好了。
好了,方法介绍完了,赶快行动吧。
八、用小蘇打粉加上精油來清理烤箱吧!-檸檬精油
這個清理的過程使用的清潔用品只有小蘇打粉和水!清理的工具就是一塊菜瓜布、一根牙刷還有幾張廚房紙巾。清理的方式很簡單,就是把小蘇打粉灑在油汙上面, 然後用菜瓜布去刷,小細縫就是用牙刷沾著小蘇打粉去刷,有時候灑點水把小蘇打粉清理起來,最後用紙巾沾點水把整個烤箱擦一遍!

果然小蘇打粉真是個厲害的角色啊!

至於精油呢宅婦是用在日常的清潔上!拿出流理台上一定會有的廚房紙巾滴上幾滴白醋(那是因為白醋就放在流理台上很順手~也可以用檸檬酸~)把烤箱內部擦一遍去除油膩感!再撕第二張紙巾滴上幾滴柑橘類精油(像是檸檬、葡萄柚、甜橙等)再擦一遍,這樣可以去除烤箱內沾染的 油味以及醋的刺鼻味並且讓烤箱散發柑橘的清爽味道!畢竟烤箱散發油膩味道就是會感覺很不乾淨!

Tong Kee Tarts

I believe many people have heard of Tong Kee (棠记饼家) with its famous tart. Of course I was impressed with their egg tart also when I first bought from the Sri Petaling branch. It was looking good and shining as just right from the hot oven. The pastry was so crispy and filling was just right to satisfy my taste bud. I am not quite into egg tart, but egg tart from their house really impressed me and I started to love egg tart since then.

Passing through IOI boulevard tonight for dinner, therefore bought some tarts from Tong Kee Puchong Jaya branch as supper.

I had an egg tart (RM1.40) and coconut tart (RM1.50) from them

Well, the tarts from this branch did disappoint me. The filling of the egg tart is too sweet for me and the pastry is also not as crispy as I had for the first time. It doesn't give me a layer by layer feeling for the pastry. The coconut tart is even sweeter than the egg tart. I don't quite like it as I am not born with a sweet tooth.

The last study week of my Bachelor

It is 2++am now, and I am still burning the midnight oil because of the final exam of my very last semester. I hate exam, because dark eye circles, pimples, blackheads will come to me if I sleep late. But the late night is the best time for me to memorize and study, yet I am not quite sure why I cant study during the daytime.

Another reason that I hate exam is I can't sit long to study. I should say I feel hard to concentrate in studying, indeed I don't like studying!! Well, nobody likes it I guess...

This would be the last exam to my fellow coursemates, what about me? Well, I am so unsure with my future. I don't feel to work, I don't think myself is ready for the job market, thus shall I further studying? But I had already studied for 19 years inclusive of kindergarten, I am totally upset and tired with study life. I am lost and not sure what should I proceed with. I even question myself should I really need to read so much but end up in being a housewife? Well, I am not even sure whether housewife will be my ultimate career but I can tell that I am definitely not eager to be a woman with very successful career. It is so sarcastic that 22 years old already but still unable to make decision for own future, and with so many uncertainties bounded. Hope I can come out a right choice very soon.

Left another 2 weeks to be free. Facial, trips, blogging, cooking, baking, celebration etc etc etc are all awaited. Just simply can't wait.

压力。考试。充电!

这整个四月将会是我部落格的低潮月,因为真的是太忙了。

四月份的首两个星期是上课日的最后两个星期,全部功课的 submission date 和 Presentation 还有 test 都挤在一起,再加上周末更有事先 plan 好的活动, 包括 darling 姐姐的婚礼还有 Sg lembing trip, 真的是忙得不可开交。终于,最让人懊恼的Viva也过关了,接下来剩最后一个 process engineering 的报告和 presentation 也会在明天结束。忙碌的生活将会更上一层楼,因为接下来就要忙考试了。看来,五月份后才会让我的部落格从新振作起来了吧~


考试期间,最喜欢的时间就是吃饭时间了,那是我可以偷懒悠闲的一小片刻,当然,补充能量是一定要的啊~

这是我今天的午餐:


烤署饼,外加一片花生酱+榛果巧克力酱面包


咖啡是考试期间不可缺少的提神饮料


喜欢半生熟的蛋
用沸水烫了鸡蛋15分钟,结果蛋白竟然还是透明地没熟,干脆整个碗放进烤箱烤一下好了
结果口感更好,因为一粒蛋黄变硬一粒则呈水状,入口更有层次感~


喜欢加酱油及胡椒粉的水状鸡蛋,可以吃到这,感觉好幸福呢~

BBQ Plaza @ IOI Puchong

Finally I grabbed a chance to update my blog after tremendous of work load.


The best thing to do to release stress is hanging out and of course with good food! Guess where?

What a cute plush they had!



Quite a special hot plate for steamboat, but not so user friendly especially if you are keen to have soup from the steamboat



Yeah, they had a guideline for you to cook!



Pork belly fat was given instead of butter to grease the hot plate



What we had ordered? Supreme mixed set (RM33.90), 2 upgraded garlic rice (RM3), fish noodle (RM4.50), Korean pork belly (RM6.50)



I heart their garlic rice so much, so tasteful

Darling's favourite fish noodle, it is chewy!



Start greasing the belly over the hot plate



Their signature sauce and additional stuffs that let you adapt to your favorite one~
I love add in lime juice and garlic only~ They recommend to dip the grilled meat with this sauce but I love my own way, which is dipping raw meat with this sauce and grilled, in fact it is better!
Guess what? It is better than the Korean pork belly even! In the end all Korean pork belly was mixed with this sauce and grilled, because it is really quite lack of "Korean" flavor.



The sauce is undeniable nice!

Well, not so filling yet after the whole set with garlic rice, so we add on white rice.
Believe me, the rice served in quite small portion
Dislike their white rice, worse than the one from economy rice stall, so hard and with weird savor


BBQ Plaza serves really good stuff for barbeque, especially their specialty sauce. However, some might think that it is more worth to eat the buffet steamboat with BBQ one, honestly BBQ Plaza has higher price with smaller portion of food. Yet, high price high quality what! Yummy yummy~

Kikyo @ Bandar Puteri Puchong

Heard my friend was going to Kikyo few days ago and claimed that this place is quite good to try out. After surfing more reviews in the net, we decided to give a try to this ordering-based Japanese buffet dinner.

I love their chicken in teriyaki sauce, so flavorful

I love their fried prawn too, they are fresh and satiable


The only dessert available are ice cream
Never never try wasabi flavor one, it is weird and my stomach does not feeling well after take it


The green tea ice cream, comes with a little bitter savor

This buffet costs each of us about RM40.60, with a complimentary drink either green tea or coke. Yet it doesn't offer much choices for us. There is only about 60-70 items to let us choose from, including udon and fried rice. We didn't opt for that because those are too filling to us. We want Sashimi~ Their sashimi is quite fresh, however the grilled salmon is a little bit too small piece and hard. Overall this place is worth to go as the food is quite nice and the price is reasonable. And we did eat a lot of sashimi that night, unlike Jogoya, so stingy until hide all sashimi away.
